Can I Get a Resolution?

So its near the end of February, and I still have made no resolutions for the year. Is that bad? I mean of course there are things I want to change, that is not the problem. The problem is that I make resolutions every year, and can't keep them past January 2nd! And mine are so generic, I make the same ones every year, but that is because I've never accomplished them!

I guess I have a problem with making goals, because it seems when I make goals I can never accomplish them. Maybe its a control thing? Which I didn't think I had a problem with, but guess everyone does to an extent. Or maybe it has to do with being so darn indecisive, one of my many faults.

All I know is that I need some change in my lazy habits, and whether I call it a resolution, a goal, a chore, a plan.... it needs to happen...

SO all of you out there who have had success in changing habits, and reaching goals, I would love to hear about how you do it! How do you make a plan to do it? Do you change everything at once or just one thing at a time? Where do you get the energy to get up out of your rut and get things done? HOW DO YOU DO IT???

  1. If I knew the answer to that I'd be able to attain my resolutions and goals! Maybe we can work on this problem together....two heads are better than one, right??
